The midterm elections are held every two years in the United States. This year, all 435 seats in the House of Representatives, 35 of the 100 seats in the Senate, 36 governorships, and numerous other state and local offices will be up for election.
The results of the midterm elections will have a significant impact on the direction of the United States for the next two years. The elections will determine which party controls the House of Representatives and the Senate, and will also have a major impact on the policies of the Biden administration.
The election watch gathering at the U.S. Embassy in Abuja is a great opportunity for American citizens in Nigeria to come together and celebrate the democratic process.
